Welcome, beloved. I am Mama Virgo.

I am a mother of four, a holistic wellness guide, and a vessel of ancestral wisdom. My work is born from lived experience — navigating motherhood in a world that doesn’t always honor our bodies, our traditions, or our intuition.

I walk with women, families, and soul-led beings as they remember who they are:
divine, capable, worthy, and powerful beyond circumstance.
This isn’t theory. It is practice. It is breath. It is the body learning to trust itself again.

My Path

My story is not polished or linear — it is sacred testimony.

• A mother who learned to advocate in medical settings when her son was born with Sickle Cell Anemia and diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome.
• A woman who turned toward the Earth when hospitals offered only survival, not healing.
• A spiritual being who listened to intuition, ancestors, and Source until the path unfolded: holistic health, womb wisdom, sound + herbal medicine, sensual embodiment, and community healing.

I didn’t choose this journey to impress anyone.
I chose it because life demanded courage, softness, and devotion — and I listened.
